We offer one-to-one migration to move what you've created to one of our preferred platforms.

WHAT WE MIGRATE

WEBSITES: Move your website to WordPress (Divi), Squarespace or Kajabi

COURSES + PROGRAMS: Move your content, collateral and students to Kajabi, Teachery, ThriveCart or Thinkific

EMAIL MARKETING: Move your forms, sequences, automation and subscriber list to MailerLite, Flodesk, or Kit

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Move your downloadable and other digital products (other than courses) to your preferred platform and replace checkout links

This service is for moving what currently exists, but it's also a great time to refresh those things. You can extend your project to upgrade anything we're migrating.

All parts of your assets will be moved as is so that your new setup matches your old one as closely as possible.

While we mostly work with our preferred platforms, we are open to whatever you want to use (except MailChimp, which we don’t work with at all)

Migration projects are the perfect time to put a critical eye to what you’ve created to upgrade or overhaul anything that needs it.

Expand your project beyond just moving platforms by adding room to remake any part of your ecosystem.

Every project is unique so we’ve listed the most common additions. Your project will be customized to your exact needs.

WEBSITE REDESIGN: Start from scratch to have your website redesigned with updated navigation and flow

COURSE COLLATERAL: Have your video covers, workbooks, course containers and other collateral redesigned in Canva and/or Google docs

EMAIL TEMPLATES: Redesign and/or add new email templates to your email marketing platform

LEAD MAGNETS: Update and/or redesign your lead magnets in Canva

ADDITIONAL MIGRATIONS: Scheduling management, forms makers, CRMs, productivity tools

The timing of projects is based on your preferred relaunch date and the size and scope of the work. We work on strict deadlines and a set contractual end date to ensure that your project keeps moving toward completion.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes. While we have preferred platforms, we’ll work with anything except MailChimp.

  • Yes, to an extent. Migrations are meant to move existing websites, products, etc. We don’t build brand new things as part of these projects (like adding an additional full course).

    But we can accommodate adding a new lesson to a course or a page to a website. Small things that are additions to what already exists.

  • You can choose one of our templates to use as the basis of a website redesign. These projects extend beyond what’s included in our customization service.

  • All projects require a 50% deposit at onboarding. The remaining 50% is due 21 days later.

    Note that we have an abandonment clause in our contract to guard against ghosting and non-communication.

    We also have a strict no refund policy.

  • We can build a package to accommodate any size website or course. This is also a good time to go through these things to reduce where necessary.

  • Where possible, it will all stay as is during migration. We try not to interrupt your visitor or student experience as much as possible.

    That said, there may be times when we have to take something offline or inform your audience of a delay.

  • No to both. We’ll use any branding you give us. As for copywriting, we’ll offer feedback if you like.

  • Yes. We’ll have a recorded Q & A session at the end of your project to show you around and point out the important things. But note that in order to learn new platforms, you have to use them.

  • When your project is fully delivered, you’ll get 30 days of support in case something breaks or you have questions. We maintain login credentials during that time. After the 30 days, we will remove our access to all of your platforms.

    At this time, we don’t offer maintenance packages.

  • Not a problem. We’ll move it.
