Whether you’re buying the template to DIY or with styling, the process is the same:
We’ll send you a contributor invite from Squarespace
Accept this invitation to put the template into your account (if you don’t have one, it will prompt you to start one)
We’ll then transfer ownership and the template will be yours

Your template will be transferred as a new website on a 3-month trial. When you're ready, you can disconnect your domain from your current website and cancel that plan and then connect it to the new website and subscribe with 10% off your first year.

If you opt for template styling, you will need to have your color palette, fonts and logo ready to send to us.

Yes, our templates use some basic CSS in order to enhance the functionality. This code is already integrated into the template. You’ll find resources about it inside your template and in the Resource Library.

We have a strict no refund policy. Refunds will not be considered regardless of the timing of delivery.
